The Housing show is one of the most important events in UK Car Park Management’s calendar. It is an opportunity to meet existing clients, start new conversations and learn from the industry. This year, UK CPM is introducing a revolutionary new parking permit product to make residential living even better. Sippi parking permits are designed to make it easier for residents to access and manage their parking bays without the hassle of traditional parking permits. We’re excited to be launching Sippi at Housing 2023, and we can’t wait to share it with the world.

Sippi, the new residential parking permit and access control system adopted by UK CPM, is set to make waves in the industry with its innovative approach to managing permits and access to restricted areas. Developed by Atria – our sister company, Sippi is a game changer for residential parking, offering a more efficient and secure solution for both property managers and residents.

With traditional parking permits, our residential clients and their residents, visitors, and carers were faced with the same issues over and over again - having to replace lost, stolen or damaged permits, physical permits not arriving on time in the post, or fines being issued because of incorrectly displayed permits. Sippi provides residents with e-permits that can be easily managed and accessed through a web portal, eliminating the need to issue and display physical permits. This not only saves time and money, but also reduces the risk of unauthorised parking and associated parking fines.

In terms of access control, Sippi eliminates the need for remembering PIN numbers or carrying key fobs, thus resolving the issues associated with lost or stolen key fobs and improving the site management and security for areas such as bike sheds, bin lockers etc. Permitted users can grant access from the Sippi app to their visitors/contractors without having to meet their guests at the door, gate, or car park.

Additionally, Sippi's comprehensive reporting capabilities allow for better tracking and analysis of residential parking usage, helping to maximise residential estate opportunities, reduce costs and increase operational efficiency.

At UK CPM, our goal is to simplify parking and Sippi is the ultimate flexible solution for often complex parking requirements. The system is set to launch next week at the Housing 2023 event, which will take place in Manchester Central from the 27th to the 29th of June. The UK CPM team will be on hand to demonstrate the system and answer any questions visitors may have.

Sippi is set to be a game changer for the residential parking permit industry. So if you want to learn more about this exciting new product, please visit UK CPM on stand F59 at the Housing 2023 event.
